1. Under the Manage menu, click on the type of program
Camps, Leagues, Private Sessions or Other Sessions
2. Once you find the specific program, Click "View"
3. Click on the "Registrations" tab to view the list of registrants
4. Find the person you are looking for on the list and select "Contact"
5. Type in your message and hit "Send"
