If you are in a situation where most of the information is the same between 2 programs with only slight variations, we recommend creating one program and then duplicating it to create a new program and modifying the necessary sections. Follow the steps below to duplicate program information:
1. Under the Create menu, Click "Program"
2. Click "Duplicate" on the Program you want to copy
3. The program name will say "Copy of xxx", modify it to your new program name
Make all the other changes and edits as needed
4. Once you have edited the necessary information Click "Duplicate template"
A new program will be created
