If your list of programs is too long and if there are older programs on there that you no longer offer or don't want on the list, you can just archive the programs. Follow the steps below to archive a program:
1. Under the Create menu, Click "Program"
2. Click on the additional information button on the Program you want to archive
3. Click "Archive"
4. Click "Archive program"
5. To view all your archived programs, Click the "Archived" tab
