1. Navigate to the registration tab for your session
2. You can see a tag called "PP" for users who've selected the Payment Plan option
3. Navigate to the Payment Info Section to check on the status of the payment plan
4. Identify the installment you want to refund
5. Click refund transaction and select the amount you wish to refund. It will be returned to the original method of payment
