What is a program?

Think of a program as a template. Information that would have to enter only once and save it.

For example, if you are offering a Learn to Skate Program with 5 different batches. The basic information (description, images, waivers etc.) will usually be the same and just the schedules and prices will vary for each of the batches.

A program contains the information that is common to all the batches so you don't have to enter it each time and you can have all the batches show up under the same program.

Depending on your specific scenario, we support different types of programs:

Camps

Use Camps when you have the exact date(s) and time(s) that users can book a session with you.

This is best for camps, clinics or when you have booked a space and know definitively that you will be available at that time.

Clinics

Use Clinics when you have the exact date(s) and time(s) that users can book a session with you.

This is best for programs that are focused on developing specific skills and techniques

Leagues

Use leagues when you are setting up specific tournament style sessions. For instance, you’ve booked a court, field or rink for a specific day and want to allow for people to sign up to play.

League programs are best suited towards one-day tournaments, or pick-up style games for teams where scores are recorded

Private

Use Private when you want to give your users access to your bookable calendar. For instance, you offer private coaching lessons, and want your users to pick a date and time based on your availability.

Other

Use Other for everything else. For instance, you can use them for memberships or add-ons.
