Follow these steps to assign a question set to a program:
1. Under the Create menu, Click "Question set"
2. Find the question set you want and Click "Assign"
3. Click "Assign session"
4. Select the program to associate with this question set
This list shows all the programs that are currently active
5. Click "Assign sessions to question set"
Once the sessions are assigned, everyone registering for that program will have to answer the questions in your chosen question set
