You can choose to allow prorating in the scheduling process. For prorating to work, you must have a late registration date that is greater than the start date of the session.
1. Under the Create Menu, Click "Schedule"
2. Click "Schedule new session"
3. Go through the scheduling steps and you will see an option to enable late registrations
4. Enable Late Registrations for this session
5. Select the cut off date for registrations
6. Continue the scheduling process and you will see the prorating option
7. Select the option to prorate
For example, if you have a session that costs $100 and has 4 sessions we know that the cost per session is $25. As soon as the date of the first session has passed the program will be listed on app for $75 (100-25). This process will continue all the way to the late registration date. After the late registration date has passed, people will not be able to register anymore.
