You can choose to allow late registrations in the scheduling process
1. Under the Create Menu, Click "Schedule"
2. Click "Schedule new session"
3. Go through the scheduling steps and you will see an option to enable late registrations
4. Choose if you want to allow Late Registrations for this session
If late registrations are off, the cut off date to register will be the first day of the session
5. If you allow late registrations, select the cut off date
