How Users Can Join a Waitlist

When a session reaches its maximum capacity, users can join a waitlist to express their interest. This allows you to maintain a list of potential participants who can be manually invited if a spot becomes available.

1. Viewing Waitlist Availability

Participants can see waitlist options directly from your program or session landing pages.

  • Sold Out Indicator: When a session is full, the standard "Register now" button is replaced with a Join waitlist button.

  • Program View: If a user is viewing a program with multiple dates, they can click See available dates to view the status of each individual session.

    View Available Dates
  • Session Details: The interface will clearly state, "This session has sold out, but you can join the waitlist to be notified of any openings".

2. Selecting the Participant

Repeat Waitlist Confirmation

To join the waitlist, the user must specify which member of their account is interested.

  • After clicking Join waitlist, a list of profiles associated with the user's account will appear.

  • The user simply clicks the orange Join waitlist button next to the specific name of the athlete they wish to add.

3. Administrative Management

It is important to note that joining a waitlist does not place a user in a digital queue, and no automatic alerts are sent.

  • Manual Selection: The club admin has full control and must manually choose which waitlisted user to invite to an open spot.

  • Manual Invitation: Once a spot opens up, the admin must manually invite the desired participant to facilitate their registration.
