You can update all the parameters of a private session once it has been scheduled. You can change and update the following:
- Your availability
- Pricing and package structure
- Location
- Promotions
- Question Sets
To update a private session, please follow the steps below.
1. From the Manage Menu, click Private Sessions
2. Select your private session
3. When you try to edit (pencil icon), it asks you to pause the session before editing
Pausing a session is important to ensure that no one books with you while you are editing the details of your session
4. Click the additional menu option
5. Select "Pause session"
6. Confirm to "Pause session"
7. Now the edit buttons for all parameters are active
8. Make the changes to the necessary parameters and click "Save changes"
9. Once all changes are made and saved, you have to resume the session. Click on the additional menu option
10. Select "Resume session"
11. Confirm to "Resume session"
