1. Under the Manage menu, click on the type of program
Camps, Leagues, Private Sessions or Other Sessions
2. Once you find the specific program, Click "View"
3. Click on the "Registrations" tab to view the list of registrants
4. Find the person you are looking for on the list and select "Refund"
5. Select the transaction, enter the amount you wish to refund and select hit the Refund button
Please keep in mind that the amount you refund here will come from your bank account. The communiti fee is non-refundable*
*In special circumstances we can make an exception, it will only apply to programs that have not yet started. If you would like to request the communiti fee to be refunded to the user please send us a message via the support feature at the bottom right of your app.
