Enabling and Activating Your Waitlist
You have the flexibility to activate the waitlist feature at any stage of your program. You can enable it when you are first setting up the schedule for a new session, or you can add it to a session that is already active and accepting registrations.
Once a session's registration has reached its maximum capacity, if enabled, the waitlist feature will automatically activate. This ensures that you can continue to capture interest without overbooking your program.
How Your Users Join the Waitlist
When a user visits the registration page for a session that is full and has the waitlist feature enabled, they will see a "Join Waitlist" button. This clear call-to-action allows them to add themselves to the waitlist with a simple click, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Managing Your Waitlist
All individuals who have joined the waitlist for a particular session will be visible to you in your communiti backend portal. This centralized view allows you to easily track the level of interest and manage potential attendees for your programs.
Inviting Users from the Waitlist
Should a spot become available, you have the power to invite anyone from the waitlist to register. From your backend portal, you can send a direct invitation to the user. This will trigger an automated email to the individual, containing a unique link for them to complete their registration.
Completing the Registration
Upon receiving the email invitation, the user can follow the link to a registration page specifically for them. Once they complete the registration process, they will be officially added to the list of attendees for that session, successfully filling the available spot.
