How to enable Waitlists?

Enable a Waitlist During Scheduling

You can enable the waitlist feature when creating a new program. This will automatically activate the waitlist once the session becomes full.

  1. In the scheduling flow, find the "Enable Waitlist" option.
  2. Toggle the button to turn the feature on.

Enable a Waitlist for an Active Session

You can also turn on the waitlist for a program that is already running.

  1. Navigate to the specific program you want to update.
  2. On the program's overview page, locate the waitlist feature.

3. Click on the edit button to enable waitlists

4. Pause the session, this is required so no one signs up as you are making changes

5. Click on the toggle to enable Waitlists and click Save Changes

6. Resume the session so people can register

7. You will see the waitlist tab is now active for your program, anyone who joins the waitlist will show up in this tab
