How to Export Registration Data for All Sessions
While you can export data for a single session from its specific dashboard, you can also perform a global export to see registration data across every session your club has ever hosted.

1. Navigate to the Global Customer List
Access your comprehensive data tools from the main navigation sidebar.
Select Customers under the Data section in the left sidebar.

By default, you will land on the Account view. Click the Orders tab in the top right corner of the customer list.

Click the Export data button located at the top left of the orders list.

2. Select Your Export Criteria
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to filter the data you wish to generate.
Date Range: Choose a timeframe for the registrations, such as All time, This month, Last month, or a Custom range.

Columns: Use the dropdown menu to select All available data points or choose Custom to pick specific fields.

3. Customize Your Data Fields (Optional)

If you select Custom columns, check the boxes for the specific information you need to see in your report:
Order Details: Order ID, Purchase date and time, Order status, and Payment type.
Session Details: Session ID, Program name, and Session price.
User Details: Registrant/Customer names, contact email, phone number, and any custom question set answers.
4. Choose Download Type and Finalize

Download (direct CSV): Select this to save the file immediately to your computer.
Email (send to my inbox): Select this to have the CSV file sent to your registered administrative email address.
Click the orange Export data button at the bottom of the window to generate your file.
