How to Export Customer Data
Exporting your customer list allows you to gain valuable insights into users who have purchased sessions and maintain external records for your marketing or administrative needs.

1. Navigate to the Customer List
Access your global database of registered users from the main navigation menu.
Select Customers under the Data section in the left sidebar.

Click the Export data button located at the top left of the customer list.

2. Define Your Export Criteria
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to filter exactly which data points you wish to include in your file.
Date Range: Select a timeframe for the export, such as All time, This month, Last month, or a Custom range.

Columns: Choose to export All available data or select Custom to pick specific fields.


3. Select Specific Fields (Custom View)
If you chose the custom columns option, check the boxes for the information you need:
Identification: Customer ID, First Name, and Last Name.
Contact Details: Customer contact email and Customer contact phone number.
Location: Customer address.
4. Choose Download Type and Finalize

Download (direct CSV): Select this to save the file immediately to your device.
Email (send to my inbox): Select this to have the CSV file sent to your registered administrative email address.
Click the orange Export data button to complete the process.
